Year 2013 is a wonderful year for SharePoint Pals, both in terms of contribution and visit count. We have grown leaps and bounds in number of visitors as well as number of articles published.

The success of a community portal depends on quality contributors and active participation of visitors. Fortunately, SharePoint Pals is blessed with quality contributors who have exceptional skills in SharePoint and related technologies who are actively supported and encouraged by enthusiastic visitors. I would like to thank each and every contributor and visitor for their participation in the success of SharePoint Pals.

Top Contributors

I have to convey my special thanks to one person who spear headed the year 2013 for SharePoint Pals. It’s none other than Sathish Nadarajan, who created waves in the SharePoint community with his articles on SharePoint 2013 Apps. A record 41 articles are contributed by Sathish during the year 2013. Thanks Sathish for your excellent contribution.

Sarath Babu is the other contributor who created a difference in the way of presenting the content. He approaches SharePoint from a different perspective and his contributions are mainly focused on SharePoint Tips for SharePoint Power Users. Thanks Sarath for your contributions for the SharePoint Community.

Mohamed Sithik and Moses are the other two contributors who were very active during the early part of the year. Thank you to you both and every other contributors.

New features implemented during the year

During the year 2013, author’s profile page was completely restructured to display the list of articles published by an author. One another notable feature is display of real time visit count details for each articles and cumulative total of visit counts of all articles by an author.

Plans for Year 2014

Now the stage is set in terms of SharePoint Pals Portal’s features and functions. Now it’s time to concentrate on more articles with unique and quality content. To begin with, you can expect a series of Articles on related topics starting from first half of January 2014 targeting SharePoint Power Users and Developers.

We do have plans for providing giveaways for Contributors and Visitors in the upcoming year. Stay tuned, jointly we can spear head the change.

Wish you a Happy and Prosperous New Year 2014   Smile

Thanks and Regards
Ashok Raja .T
