Microsoft Teams is a tool that is more focused for teams (as the name suggests) within organization. We can do the following with MS team

1. Chat (Video, Text and screen sharing)

2. Share Files (Excel, word, PPT, One note)

3. Schedule meeting and track the meeting

You can download the client from: https://teams.microsoft.com/downloads (we also have a APP)

This is how the client looks like
