I couldn’t able to re-collect whether these items were there in the preview version of Office 365 or not, but the bellow are some of the items that were missing in the public facing SharePoint 2013 site of Office 365
This is not a complete list of missing links and pages. I’ll be updating this list then and there whenever I am able to identify one.

Note on Missing Items : If it’s mentioned as Link, it means that only the link is missing in the Site Settings Page and this page can be accessed by appending the “URL” to the site collection root. If its mentioned as “Link , Page” then it means the page itself is not available
